Very blue. Earthy blue instead of sour.

~Comte Com Frumae (sp?)
Original alpine cheese, used for fondue.

~Petite Frere w/ Truffle, cow, WI
Sort of a cream chese flavor, plus the sour-sweet of orange-lemon marmalade, mighty tasty.

Like eating Christmas. Smoky, airy, festive.

Delicious as always, but not what I was looking for.

Light, salty, young  fresh. Very sweet.
